The City of Saskatoon is on Twitter! Okay … not really the city per se but Janice Mann, the City Clerk, is tweeting.
Not a bad idea to try to increase awareness and voter participation. Problem? Only 53 followers in a city of over 200,000 people. She’s probably preaching to the choir.
