She volunteered, she knew the risks and what could happen and yes she should got to jail. The military doesn’t give you a gun so you can bake brownies for third world orphans, it’s job is waging war, or at least showing enough power that other countries don’t want to risk a war. Really though if Canada really wants America’s garbage they can have it.
