Red Dawn?

Doug Powers had the same response as me to the news that Red Dawn is going to be remade. Of course, he said it better since he is a professional but I feel a bit validated.
So, in the remake, bring on the Russians again, who will this time have been driven to totalitarian madness by global warming, all while being aided in their pillaging by crazy right-wing tea-partiers.
I won’t be at all surprised if that’s the actual plot. Wait … isn’t that the storyline from this past season of “24″?
