HRC makes their own rules.

Wow.  The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission can violate their own regulations and their proceedings are still just fine.

Non-compliance
28(1) Non-compliance with these regulations does not render any proceeding void unless the tribunal so directs.

Isn’t that special?  If you violate a regulation, you’re in trouble.  If they violate a regulation, no big deal.

When will these commissions be eliminated so that real matters can be dealt with in real courts?
