My favorite are the ones people get in either Chinese or Japanese they think says “love” when the literal translation is really “force-sex”. I still want to get a joke tattoo in Kanji or Hiragana about that, I figure I would get “Shibuya Train Station” as a joke and tell people it had some deep spiritual meaning when all it really was a local train station I spent too much time going in an out of, the joke being that while everyone else has a tattoo they don’t know the real meaning of I would, and it’ll still be crap. I think the only reason I haven’t done it is because it wouldn’t be very funny for very long, that and there are real tattoos I still want to get.
