I’ve never heard the Fundamentals of the Republican Party so clearly stated as Rep. Thaddeus McCotter did on Red Eye.
- Our liberty is from God not the government. [Me -- I would change that to Liberty is inherent, not from the government.]
- Our sovereignty is in our souls not the soil.
- Our security is through strength not surrender.
- Our prosperity is from the private not the public sector.
- Our truths are self-evident not relative.
