Okay, what about the cost of Bush’s two inaugurations? Why should Obama not have had one? We weren’t in the best financial straights when Bush got his second term yet there was still an inauguration ceremony and party afterward. Americans needed this today and if it were McCain up there instead, would you all be gripping?

Well we can rule out gripping reality.
Anyway the cost of bushes two might be higher but the cost of one of Bush’s was less. Plus it makes sense that bush spent a little more money since he was elected twice so had to do this twice. You get the point now?
I find it all amusing because those on the Left were incredibly critical of Bush’s second inaugural because they felt it was unseemly to have a big expensive celebration while our country was at war in Iraq. These same people are more than happy to join in the partying for Obama even in the midst of an economic crisis.
And what’s with all of the celebrities?!
Sorry I was wrong the cost of both Bush’s inaugurations was lower the Obama’s. If you don’t believe me look it up for yourself.
