24: Redemption … my turn
We taped this last month and finally watched it tonight. Ugh.
Crazybengal was right … so not worth the time. It was so boring. Calling it “24″ is false advertising. It was two hours of blah. Robert Carlyle was good and probably would have been great in a regular season but they killed him off. I actually folded laundry while watching it. Lots of laundry. During real episodes of 24, I’m scared to do anything but watch because I’m afraid to miss anything. During this dreck, I was trying to do something else to make the time pass quicker.
What kind of crazy force field is around Jack Bauer so that multiple bullets miss him?
And why did they turn Gil Bellows

I’m really, really dreading the next season of 24. I don’t know if I can even watch it. I’ll probably tape it so I have the option available. Or maybe I’ll just reread a Jack Reacher novel.
