Richard Warman is $4000 richer.

Richard Warman strikes again. He won a judgment against Terrence Cecil Tremaine via the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

Tremaine is a neo-Nazi who posted anti-Jew and anti-black diatribes on the internet.  You know … the white man is best, blame all of the problems on the Jews, blah, blah, blah.  How does any of that affect Richard Warman in any way?  Did Tremaine refuse to hire Warman because of his racist views?  Of course not.  Did he physically harm Warman?  Nope.  So why does Warman get away with filing these complaints and why does he win?  Partially it’s because Warman used to work for the Canadian Human Rights Commission so he knows exactly how to play the game.  Even more than that, the system is fundamentally flawed and based on a false premise.  No one has a right to not be offended.  It’s as simple as that.  No one.  Not men, not women, not Jews, not Muslims, not gays, and certainly not Richard Warman.

Let’s get rid of these commissions.  Fire. Them. All.
