No way. No how. Can’t happen.
The proposed security pact with Iraq includes a timetable for withdrawal of all troops and an agreement to turn over American troops to the Iraqi authorities for certain crimes.
Zebari said at the time that the proposed changes called for a fixed timetable for U.S. troop withdrawal; a specific number of sites and locations that would be used by the U.S. military; and Iraqi jurisdiction over U.S. forces who commit certain crimes in Iraq.
US soldiers subject to Sharia Law? As if. I don’t see how the US government could agree to that. Not even Obama. Please. (I may be wrong but I’m going to assume that’s true.)
By the way, isn’t a published deadline to withdrawal just a surrender? Instead of setting goals, ie. when this happens then we’ll leave, it’s just saying that we’ll leave whether we’re winning or losing. Which means that we lose. The other side just has to hole up and wait. After the US leaves, they can do as they will.
We should just leave now instead of delaying the inevitable. One big, massive, fast withdrawal. And then we should close our borders to any visitors or immigrants from any Muslim countries.
