I am not impressed with the new Kirk. 
Nor am I impressed with the new Spock.
Ugh. And they thought the old Kirk and Spock were gay.
I am a Trekie, so I will go see the movie but I havn’t got high hopes. I’m the kind of person who expects the worst so that if things turn out better than expected, it’s a bonus. Thus, if things turn out to be as bad as I expected, well then no harm. This philosophy only backfires when things turn out much worse than I had expected. The Phantom Menace, for example.
I mean seriously. I had barely recovered from the fracking Ewoks.
