I’m Not A Marxist
October 13, 2008
I just play one in real life…
“…when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”
From each, according to his ability; to each, according to his need

I’m surprised no one picked up on this before:
“….it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion”
Religion is the opiate of the masses.

Joe the Plumber: I’ll try to explain it to you so even you Neanderthals can understand.I’ve seen how Obama spreads the wealth and how it works out for everybody. He makes a pact with the Chicago political machine and radical left and “poof” he gets elected senator and gets a substantial salary then “poof” his wife Michelle gets her substantial pay DOUBLED to $300,000.00. The Hospital she works for then magically gets a substantial amount of money and Trinity Church magically gets a lot of money and the Reverend Wright suddenly can afford a mansion in a high class neighborhood. Let’s not forget how he redistributed a few bucks to ACORN and Bill Ayers’ pet projects as well. Now do you understand Joe?
I’m neither a Democrat or a Republican. I am a small business owner that falls in the Obama $250,000 slot. I have worked hard to get where I am over the 10 years I have owned this business. I resent the idea that I am now paying to support people that don’t work. And, now, I am being told that my taxes are going to pay Social Security to people that have never put a dime into it. I read cute quote from Bill Cosby, “If you don’t put nothin’ in, you don’t take nothin’ out.” Don’t get me wrong about Public Pid, Social Services, or whatever your state calls it. I believe that we, as a society have a moral responsibility to the young girl that gets pregnant and needs help. The mother of young children whose husband runs off or dies and she is left alone with nothing. But, I don’t believe that I, or Joe The Plumber, or Tina The Teacher, want to support the deadbeats that have 6 kids just to get the public aid, foodstamps, health coverage, and God knows whatever else we have to pay for. I’m sure, just like Joe and Tina, I can recall standing in line at the grocery store, with my little calculator, totalling up everything, making sure I don’t go over my budget. Then, in front of me, I see the “Single Mother of 6″, with her kids, dressed in their Adidas, FUBU jeans and shirt, and Starter coat, throwing in whatever snacks and candy they want in the cart, ringing up the best meats, canned goods, and whatever else, and drop a few books of food stamps on the counter and walk out. And, as I just turn and look away in disgust, I see Joe and Tina looking at me, smiling and just shaking their heads. And now, Mr. Obama wants me to “Share The Wealth”?! Now, as I have said, I am neither Democrat por Republican. I have always voted for both locally, statewide, and for president depending on what I hear and know about him or her. If Hillary would’ve made it, I would have voted for her. I am now voting for McCain because of what I am reading and hearing from Obama. And then, along comes this radio interview, furthering my support for Mr. McCain. But, that’s just another 2 cents worth from my perspective – Gary The Tux Guy
The only way people should spread the wealth is with charities and it need to be voluntary.
I made a post on my site for people to voluntarily to spread the wealth so far it has not worked.
