Attention Mr. O’Reilly! Here’s a patriot for you.

I’ve never been much of a basketball fan and didn’t really have much of an opinion of Kobe Bryant. Now, I have to say that I’m rather impressed by him. Why?

He’s unabashedly proud to represent the United States at the Olympics. In an interview on NBC, Kobe calls the United States “the greatest country in the world. It has given us so many great opportunities, and it’s just a sense of pride that you have; that you say, ‘You know what? Our country is the best.’”

Bravo Kobe. And ditto from me.
