I do understand the soldier’s code of no one left behind.

And I do understand that for many people of many different religions, the body of the deceased must be given a proper burial.

And I understand that to truly know a family member is gone and never coming back, people need to see the body.

I know that.

However, it just feels so wrong that Hezbollah is trading the bodies of Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, the two Israeli soldiers whose kidnappings triggered the 2006 war with Lebanon, for a child killer and four other prisoners.

I suspect that it won’t be long before the released prisoners kill again and Hezbollah kidnaps more Israelis.
