Let’s review.
Corey Glass was in the US Army and then ran away to Canada because he didn’t like breaking into Iraqi homes to find terrorists. He is trying, desperately, to get refugee status so he can stay in Canada. He was to be deported tomorrow but that’s now been delayed for a few months.
Of course, he’s not actually an Army deserter as he’s been discharged and is perfectly free to return to the United States and resume his life.
Maybe someone could send the immigration board and/or the federal courts a copy of the ABC news report? I’m almost positive that someone who is free to safely return to their home country is not eligible for refugee status unless I’m completely misunderstanding what makes a person a refugee.

Don’t you understand!? He’ll be tortured if we send him back! I hear they have *multiple* episodes of Reba spooled up, just waiting for him.
You can keep him you know we don’t mind, although you might not like being America’s garbage can.
First he didn’t know he was discharged, now he doesn’t know the difference between stop loss and the IRR. Dude thinks he was stop lost. I think we need to send him to a head doctor.
