Heller STILL cant register his gun because it is a “bottom loading” handgun WTF? That’s the restriction D.C. put in place.. well ALL handguns are bottom loading except for revolvers so with this being legal the second amendment is dead.

The only problem is you still live in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Canada and I think they frown on that sort of freedom up there. Although if it wasn’t for the Heller decision last month I think we would be right there with you by now.

The Militia being any male between 17 and 45 years old. It is also the point of the Second Amendment so that every citizen is armed so that they can be a civilian security force when needed.
