The civilian security force is already in place – or should be – it is the Militia. The Militia being any male between 17 and 45 years old. It is also the point of the Second Amendment so that every citizen is armed so that they can be a civilian security force when needed. So is Obama going to let us have M16s so we can properly organize and train our local Militia’s?

Well it is the 21st century so there should be no reason why we can’t have woman in the Militia. The only problem is you still live in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Canada and I think they frown on that sort of freedom up there. Although if it wasn’t for the Heller decision last month I think we would be right there with you by now.
Don’t worry though we might get Obama and all become the Democratic Peoples Republic of North America in a couple years after he has had his little “Cultural Revolution” (I’m going to be purged I just know it).
The Heller decision? No, Heller LOST. The court ruled that is is an individual right but that we *CAN* regulate and limit it.
Heller STILL cant register his gun because it is a “bottom loading” handgun WTF? That’s the restriction D.C. put in place.. well ALL handguns are bottom loading except for revolvers so with this being legal the second amendment is dead.
Heller didn’t lose D.C. is just trying to do whatever they can not to abide by the law.
