oh ok, well I didn’t see that commercial that way. You are right about the violence, but we got some commercials here , in where I live, that show two people fighting for a snack or something. The idea that instill to the viewers minds though are not the violence the commercials show, but the funny idea why would two people fight over a certain snack. A hyperbole or something.

You could never do that in Canada or the US. There is not a single thinking woman in the West that would think that the commercial is appropriate.

The “issues” would be with using domestic violence to sell french fries. Obviously, it doesn’t even raise an eyebrow in Egypt but you don’t see that commercial running in the US.
