Here’s exactly why I won’t be donating a penny to cyclone relief in Myanmar/Burma.
The government won’t let most relief workers even enter the country and what aid does come in is seized. Even the UN seems to see that it’s a futile effort.
So Oxfam and Plan Canada and Red Cross — save the paper and don’t send me any requests. I’ll direct my charitable donations to places where it will actually help the people it’s intended to help.

DON’T SEND $$$ TO ANY COUNTRY!! WE HAVE THAT ARE NEED OF AID IN USA!! PEOPLE ARE STARVING & KILLED BY TORNADOES that spun across the Oklahoma-Missouri border killed at least 19 people as severe storms raked the nation’s heart Saturday, injuring many !!!! LET THE UNITED NATION DO IT!!
