Favorite Children’s Books

 I love the text – of course – it’s Seuss.  But I don’t always like Suess – some of the Seuss books are WAY too long for bedtime.  At least for the Mom or Dad.  But this one is perfect for bedtime -and the illustrations are pretty – a wonderful book for teaching colours.  I still read this to my 5 year old on occasion, although I suspect she will be ready for chapter books very soon.
