Cookie Pizza

For my daughter’s birthday, she wanted to trick her class so we sent a “pizza” for snack which was actually a cookie. I’ve seen lots of cookie pizzas that were basically giant cookies with icing but we wanted something a bit more realistic. After a few internet searches, this is what we produced.
My apologies but I don’t remember where I actually found the recipe. It’s a sugar cookie crust. After that is baked, we added warm strawberry jam for the “sauce”, fruit roll-up “pepperoni”, and shredded white chocolate “cheese.” And if you ask very nicely, maybe Domino’s will give you a box!
