Mom Jeans – Don’t let This happen To You.

High-waisted, too-tight (because you havn’t admitted that you have gained a few pounds), tapered-leg, camel-toe enhancing, disasters – available at Lands’ End, Wal-Mart, Target, LL Bean and the clothes closets of 40-something Moms everywhere – still clinging to the jeans they wore in the 80′s because they’re just fine for “everyday” and “going out in the car”.
Also popular (especially at academic conferences of any sort), “Mom Slacks”. Same as the jeans only tighter, higher waisted and of any material other than blue denin but especially navy-blue poly-cotton with pleats.
haha, I’ve definitely got on my mom for wearing them. Slowly but surely they’re making their way out of her wardrobe.
